通常很多學生在剛開始接觸瑜珈時,其實不太確定自己需要怎麼樣的課程, 私人課由於是客製化的練習,主體是學生,因此你有機會在與老師充分討論後,選擇適合您的時間、需求和目標,用漸進的方式練習。尤其適合特殊的體能狀況的學生,或想要對於瑜珈練習更細緻紮實,獲取更有效率的進步的同學,都建議私人課。

In our sessions we do not exercise, we train. That means: Every session we do is designed to move You
forward on the way to a desired and defined outcome.
